Note: If you’re vegetarian, you can substitute margarine for the butter!

Ingredients
1/2C unsalted butter, softened
about 3 tbsp dried cranberries, finely chopped
2 tbsp honey (more or less)
2~3 tsp orange zest
a pinch of kosher salt

In a small bowl, stir all the ingredients with a spatula until well blended. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months. (I usually split it in half and freeze one portion for future use.)
